Breakfast Parfait

Don’t forget to kick start your metabolism with a balanced breakfast. This breakfast parfait should do the trick!


  • 1/2 cup Liberte Greek Yogurt
  • 1/3 cup all bran buds
  • 3/4 cup sliced strawberries
  • 2 tbsp of my “healthy mix”
  • 1 tbsp raw cacao nibs

My “healthy mix” includes: wheat germ, ground flax, raw buckwheat, hemp hearts and chia seeds! I keep it in the fridge and it’s always available, even for my little ones that like to add this mix to their yogurt.
