- 1/2 cup Liberte Greek Yogurt
- 1/3 cup all bran buds
- 3/4 cup sliced strawberries
- 2 tbsp of my “healthy mix”
- 1 tbsp raw cacao nibs
My “healthy mix” includes: wheat germ, ground flax, raw buckwheat, hemp hearts and chia seeds! I keep it in the fridge and it’s always available, even for my little ones that like to add this mix to their yogurt.
