Trust me, green can be good!

Try and get out if you can sometime today.  🙂   It’s beautiful outside! I just went for a run and replenished those electrolytes and energy with some green goodness! I personally own the Nutribullet and love getting the complete mixture and the right balance of what each fruit and vegetable has to offer. The different mixes of tasty, organic fresh fruit and veggies are simply endless. Tons of fibre and my blood sugar levels won’t skyrocket every time I enjoy a drink. At less than 100 bucks everyone can enjoy the Nutribullet and all its benefits. But, if you don’t feel like going shopping…(ummm, who doesn’t like shopping?) any high powered blender will do, just add cold water and enjoy!


  • Handful of Organic Greens  (I like baby kale and spinach)
  • 1 Medium Mandarin or 2 Mini Mandarins
  • 1 Banana
  • 6 Almonds
  • Ice Cold Water

Tip: You can also add a tbsp of ground flax for a boost of Omega-3 essential fatty acids and fibre, and instead of water, add coconut water to naturally replenish those electrolytes!
