- 1/4 cup oats (I use Only Oats Gluten-Free Rolled Oats)
- 1 small banana
- 1 tbsp all natural peanut butter
- 1 tbsp raw cacao powder
- 1 tsp maca root powder
- 3 pitted medjool dates
- 1 cup unsweetened silk almond milk
- Blend all ingredients in any high powered blender and enjoy!
