This ๐๐๐๐ ๐ฃ๐ฅ๐ข๐ง๐๐๐ก VEGAN ๐๐ฎ๐ถ๐ธ๐ท ๐๐ฒ๐ต๐ต spread has been all the rage in my home these last few days!
Weโve been enjoying it with crackers, pita bread and as a dip with veggies, ๐ผ๐ธ๐ธ๐ธ๐ธ good!!!
Want to make some too? Here’s what you’ll need:
Ingredients:
โข1 pkg extra firm tofu
โข1/4 cup lemon juice (๐บ๐ฐ๐ถ ๐ฎ๐ข๐บ ๐ธ๐ข๐ฏ๐ต ๐ข ๐ญ๐ช๐ต๐ต๐ญ๐ฆ ๐ฎ๐ฐ๐ณ๐ฆ ๐ฐ๐ฏ๐ค๐ฆ ๐ฃ๐ญ๐ฆ๐ฏ๐ฅ๐ฆ๐ฅ, ๐ด๐ฐ ๐ฉ๐ข๐ท๐ฆ ๐ข ๐ต๐ข๐ด๐ต๐ฆ ๐ข๐ฏ๐ฅ ๐ง๐ฆ๐ฆ๐ญ ๐ง๐ณ๐ฆ๐ฆ ๐ต๐ฐ ๐ข๐ฅ๐ฅ ๐ข๐ฏ ๐ฆ๐น๐ต๐ณ๐ข ๐ต๐ด๐ฑ ๐ฐ๐ณ ๐ด๐ฐ)
โข 2 tbsp tahini
โข1/4 cup olive oil
โข1-2 tsp salt
โข1 tsp garlic powder
โข1 tsp fresh ground pepper
โข1 tbsp dried oregano
โข1/4 cup finely chopped fresh dill
Directions:
1) Remove tofu from packaging, and pat down with paper towel removing excess liquid.
2) crumble tofu into your food processor and add all remaining ingredients. Blending until smooth.
3) Enjoy!

Add it to a couple rye crackers and top with your favourite veggies, use as a dip with veggies, on your toast in the morning, in a wrap at lunch, or with a couple tortilla chips while watching a movie with the family.
