High Protein Vegan Lemon Dill Spread

This ๐—›๐—œ๐—š๐—› ๐—ฃ๐—ฅ๐—ข๐—ง๐—˜๐—œ๐—ก VEGAN ๐“›๐“ฎ๐“ถ๐“ธ๐“ท ๐““๐“ฒ๐“ต๐“ต spread has been all the rage in my home these last few days!

Weโ€™ve been enjoying it with crackers, pita bread and as a dip with veggies, ๐“ผ๐“ธ๐“ธ๐“ธ๐“ธ good!!!

Want to make some too? Here’s what you’ll need:

Ingredients:

โ€ข1 pkg extra firm tofu
โ€ข1/4 cup lemon juice (๐˜บ๐˜ฐ๐˜ถ ๐˜ฎ๐˜ข๐˜บ ๐˜ธ๐˜ข๐˜ฏ๐˜ต ๐˜ข ๐˜ญ๐˜ช๐˜ต๐˜ต๐˜ญ๐˜ฆ ๐˜ฎ๐˜ฐ๐˜ณ๐˜ฆ ๐˜ฐ๐˜ฏ๐˜ค๐˜ฆ ๐˜ฃ๐˜ญ๐˜ฆ๐˜ฏ๐˜ฅ๐˜ฆ๐˜ฅ, ๐˜ด๐˜ฐ ๐˜ฉ๐˜ข๐˜ท๐˜ฆ ๐˜ข ๐˜ต๐˜ข๐˜ด๐˜ต๐˜ฆ ๐˜ข๐˜ฏ๐˜ฅ ๐˜ง๐˜ฆ๐˜ฆ๐˜ญ ๐˜ง๐˜ณ๐˜ฆ๐˜ฆ ๐˜ต๐˜ฐ ๐˜ข๐˜ฅ๐˜ฅ ๐˜ข๐˜ฏ ๐˜ฆ๐˜น๐˜ต๐˜ณ๐˜ข ๐˜ต๐˜ด๐˜ฑ ๐˜ฐ๐˜ณ ๐˜ด๐˜ฐ)
โ€ข 2 tbsp tahini
โ€ข1/4 cup olive oil
โ€ข1-2 tsp salt
โ€ข1 tsp garlic powder
โ€ข1 tsp fresh ground pepper
โ€ข1 tbsp dried oregano
โ€ข1/4 cup finely chopped fresh dill

Directions:
1) Remove tofu from packaging, and pat down with paper towel removing excess liquid.
2) crumble tofu into your food processor and add all remaining ingredients. Blending until smooth.
3) Enjoy!

Add it to a couple rye crackers and top with your favourite veggies, use as a dip with veggies, on your toast in the morning, in a wrap at lunch, or with a couple tortilla chips while watching a movie with the family.
